I LOVE, love, LOVE to cook. I made this chicken loaf the other day for a work get together and Russ insisted on taking my picture with it. The loaf may be a little lopsided, but it sure tasted good. Right now I am making D.P's pumpkin bread and it is so fragrant. It reminds me of fall. I know that most of you are already in the middle of a cool down where you live, but we have still been having weather in the high 80's and low 90's. So, baking pumpkin bread while wearing brown pants and an orange shirt, helps me to feel more like I'm in fall.
