Post of Pictures

So, the month of December is almost gone and I have yet to do a Christmas letter, to finish unpacking boxes (we moved Thanksgiving weekend), and to schedule my YW activities for the coming year.

But, I have been busy decorating, cooking, cleaning, laundry and not to mention taking care of one little angel. Plus, all the activities that come with the Holidays.
Therefore I have decided to do a long post. Oh wait, I nearly always do long posts. But, I am going to stop typing soon and let the pictures do the talking. I am not even going to try and put them in order. So, if you make it to the end of this post, congratulations. You WIN.

This is our "Christmas EVE" (bet you didn't see that one coming.)

Eve's first Christmas.

Christmas Eve dinner.
For an appetizer, I made bacon wrapped water chestnuts. So good.
For dinner, I made a delicious roast and vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, individual Yorkshire puddings and Caesar salad.
And I made mint ice cream cake for dessert. mmmm.

I made a quilt for my mom and dad. Well, finished a quilt that I started this past summer.

We made pajama pants at a Young Women's activity. And I made an ugly face.

I left the room and Eve got the cookie tin open and started eating the Might Goodies that Nana gave us. Sneaky girl.

Eve got a great gift from Grandpa Neilson. He made a doll size high chair and cradle, similar to one that I had when I was little.

Grandma Neilson sent down a super cute dress for Eve. She wore it in the picture above and also the other part of it in the family picture below.

This was on her 10 month birthday.

We went to Anna's bridal shower.

We saw Catie and Ellie.

We got to visit with Chris one day too. She's the one that gave Eve her Christmas Eve outfit.

We had the BEST DECEMBER EVER!!!
WHY? You ask?

Need I say more?

I love her cheesy faces! She is growing so fast, I can't believe how the time flies! On a different note, you need to send me the recipe for the mint ice cream cake or whatever you called it! Talk to you soon!

What a cute little girl. Waylon has that same 1st Christmas onsie. I completely forgot about it until I saw it on Eve. I guess it will just have to be an after Christmas outfit.
