I, yes I, ran a race.
A 5k.
That is 3.2 miles.
I ran the whole time.
I finished in 32 minutes 8 seconds.

Keep in mind, I am still nursing.
I only ran about 6 or 7 times during the few weeks leading up to the race.
I am about 45lbs. overweight.
That being said, I am pretty proud of myself.
Now, I just need to run more often.
And I might attempt to do the 15k next year (that is something like 9.7 miles).

Go Beck! That's a HUGE accomplishment in my book! Keep it up!
Good job! I'm maybe thinking about running one this summer. I'm so excited to see you in a couple of weeks!
That is AWESOME! Congrats! I could NEVER do that, especially now with the old lady ankle. You rock!
That is so cool. I was determined to do a mini-triathelon (spell?) this summer but got pregnant (which of course was way awesome), so maybe next summer. I have the same amount of weight to loose, but I don't think I carry it as well as you. You look great!
Good job Becs!!!! That is so exciting. I remember playing on a city soccer league while I was nursing Taylee....so I know that it is not the easiest thing. Keep it up!
Way to go! That's a great accomplishment....especially since you are still breastfeeding. I just now started to run again since my pregnancy and it's not easy to do when breastfeeding. I know I couldn't do a 5k!
Way to go Bec!! What an accomplishment, you ROCK. You are well on your way to reaching your goal! Love ya
Good for you to run the whole time! I was there too! Didn't run the entire time... but it still felt good! I'm a little more motivated to start running now!
Good for you! I hate running, seriously can't stand it. I wish I liked it because I know it would be a good thing for me to do. I'm always amazed with people who run!
That is AWESOME! Way to go! You look great :)
Go Becca!! That is great!! I have to admit that I realy don't love running but I LOVE how I feel after I have done it. Congrats on a great time, too! WOOHOO!
Yes, we are twins. Besides all the other stuff, the fact that you have 7 Brides for 7 Brothers and the Man from Snowy River on your movie list, and Ingrid Michealson, Paul Potts, and Reba on your music list makes us practically related. Have you seen Support Your Local Sheriff? I feel like you would love it. But there is one thing: You ran a race and I would never.
That is awesome Becca! Good for you! I stink at running and try to avoid it at all costs. That is great to accomplish a goal like that!
Congrats! Congrats! That is awesome. I look up to you. Same weight goal here so let's be blogging or running buds.
Becca, you ROCK! That's got to feel just awesome.
