The Carlson family came to town. It is the first time that we have seen them since they moved far away...which was several months ago.

Here is where the post becomes totally random.Nancy came to town a couple weeks ago for a wedding and we had a baby shower for her!
This is the only picture I have of her from her trip. I figured Kathy would take a bunch of pictures, so I didn't bother. Now I am bummed I didn't take some of my own.
Anyhow, this was while we were out to dinner and Eve was eating a lemon.
Eve likes to eat dirt. 
Then, one day I had a visit with some friends at the park.
Karen, the one in the middle, lives out west and I have not seen her for a few years. It was great to get together and catch up. Another friend was there, but we were all getting ready to go and I was dumb and didn't get her in the picture.
So, that is what we have been up to lately. I will post about a little beach trip soon too!

Eve's gonna get worms from eating that dirt and then she'll have to take the pink medicine. She's totally cute though.

Dangit! I just realized that missed out on those awesome pearls that you sent me the link for. I was totally planning on going! So I didn't ever tell you how PROUD I am of you for running that race! You're AWESOME! And how CUTE little Evie (sp?) is. Hey, so remind me how you liked the tub in your water birth? How long did you stay in? I'm debating which hospital to go to, based on their size of tub, and am wondering if I'll even end up using it...?
