Wanna know what I have been doing the last three days?
*camping out in the living room
*sleeping on the floor (with a foam mattress)
*icing my back
*reading
*rolling over from side to back to side
*sponge-bathing
*taking lots of ibuprofen
*having my food brought to me
*pondering on the blessings of everyday tasks such as sitting, standing, lifting Eve, showering and using the toilet (all of which I am unable to do at this point.)
but mainly I have been
*ACHING
*SPASMING
*TWITCHING
and...
*IN PAIN!!
but, I have some AMAZING people taking care of me.
Namely:
*Russell, the best husband ever
*Mom, the best mother in law ever
*Diane, the best sister in law ever
*Dad, the best father in law ever
*Dr. Lynette Berven, the best chiropractor ever (she has only helped over the phone so far, but as soon as I am able, I will go to her office to be treated.)

Holy cow, I am so sorry Becca! What in the world did you do? I just found out I have back issues too and it is no fun. As I type this I am on a heating pad :(. I'll come and keep ya company by joining you on the floor!

I agree. I must see you soon. Because, yes, I am in Florida. Girls Camp? I would love to. But I have no clue when it is. I thought about finding the stake YW president at seminary graduation the other night to ask her, but then I realized I had no idea who the stake YW president was. I am so out of touch with Tampa Stake. Time to reintroduce myself to them. So I just might join you for some girls camp fun. Keep me updated.
And I hope you are feeling better because back pain is no fun. True story. Peace out.
