Idaho!

So, we live in Idaho now.
We got here on a Friday night and Saturday morning there was a thin blanket of snow on the driveway. This video is the kids' first encounter with snow. It is hard to hear but Eve first thinks it's sand before she exclaims that "It's SNOW!"

Eve wrote her name in the snow.

Then, yesterday it snowed all day. We got a few inches so after Russ was done with work we bundled up and went out to build our very first snowman!
Rolling the body

Adding the nose

Picking out arms

Daddy and Eve with the snow man which Eve named, "Sissy, the snowman girl."

After we came inside, Eve sat at the window singing a song about "Sissy, the snowman girl."
Meanwhile, we are trying to finish unpacking and getting settled in. It's still a bit weird to think that we live in Idaho now!
